With experience as an author, professor, student success specialist and marathon runner with a passion for wellbeing, Dr. Tina Benigno brings extensive grounded research with diverse populations, on youth, media, culture, and health. She is the author of The Extra-Ordinary Girl: Care, Connection, and Social Power On and Off Screen, and has been interviewed on podcasts, delivered public talks, and has been invited to speak on topics related to youth, media, wellbeing, and culture.

Drawing on experience in higher education, student success, mental health support, and public scholarship, she offers engaging talks, workshops, and media commentary for schools, libraries, community organizations, educators, and public audiences. Presentations can be tailored to the needs of your organization and delivered in person or virtually.
